The design features a ‘Ferrari friendly’ driveway with a 4-car basement area and a vehicle turntable for ease of access. The basement level includes a cinema, wine cellar, storage room and a three-level lift to access the living and bedroom levels.
The entry includes a water feature which leads to a 4-metre high solid timber entrance door. Once inside, the foyer and void open to a 7.5m high glass wall that looks over a horizon pool and the canal.
The ground floor includes a guest bedroom, garden courtyard feature, living, dining, study/media room, kitchen, scullery and covered outdoor Champagne terrace.
